Welcome to Abandoned Places 2 - the restoration package!

LICENSE AGREEMENT, COPYRIGHT, USE AND DISCLAIMER

NOT READING THESE LICENSE TERMS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE NOT BOUND BY ALL OF THEM, SO IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS YOU SHOULD STOP USING THIS PACKAGE, AND DESTROY ANY BACKUPS MADE OF IT.

SPECIAL LICENSING MAY BE AVAILABLE IN WRITTEN FORM: TO GET ONE OF THOSE, USE THE CONTACT ADDRESS FOUND AT THE END OF THIS FILE.

Please note that all rights are reserved, and this program is not put in any way to the public domain or any similar copyright environment.

This package is free for personal, non-profitable and non-commercial use. This means you are free to use the files to install, watch, and play the software contained in any of these files; either using an Amiga emulator on any computer platform you have, or transferring back the files to their original formats and use them on real Amiga class machines.

You may have and use multiple copies of any of the contents in this package at the same time.

You are allowed to make an unrestricted number of backups of this package.

Any kind of derived material, like disks made using the content in this package (or related files) are also bound by this agreement. You are not allowed to distribute derived material in any form, only this unmodified package as a whole. You are not allowed to split the package into smaller downloadable parts.

If you have bought the game in its original format you may be bound by different terms. Should you decide to continue using this package the terms and restrictions apply to you as well.

If you have a pirated version of the game either downloaded from the Internet or obtained elsewhere, you are now bound by the terms of this agreement automatically. Your activities regarding content mentioned here are not considered illegal anymore, so long you do not breach any of the terms mentioned here. A1200 versions of this game or copies of the unmodified version sold after 15, September 1993 are considered as pirated material (however you may have bought them in good faith), see section IV in this file for more information. Since buying such pirated material (apart from pirated copies of course) was not your fault, you are not liable for your action, however you are bound by the terms contained here.

You can't sell this program for profit or put it on any kind of media - including cover CD’s, Amiga, emulator packages etc. - without a written permission obtained from the contact address mentioned in this document (or any official addresses in the future).

You are not allowed to modify this package in any way, including but not limited to: renaming, deleting modifying any of the files; adding extra content or additional documentation, information, notes or even inserting a text like "this file was downloaded from xxx". Any such activity is illegal by this license.

You are allowed to distribute this unmodified package as a whole to any of your friends, contacts etc., so long it does not involve any kind of mass distribution. Internet home pages (even personal home pages), Amiga compilation CDs - sold for even the media costs - are considered as mass distribution media.

If you make this package available to distribution on the Internet or otherwise, you must warn the recipients about reading these terms before use of the product.

To resolve any legal matter not covered by these terms - however most cases should be covered by the terms - you must contact us.

Should we decide to make this package unavailable, you must stop distributing it too.

Should we decide to modify this package in any way, you must change your distribution to the new version as well, within a reasonable time period.

You will be notified of changes in the distribution package in a written form. Since mass distribution is bound by personal or corporate written licenses, therefore we have your address. If your contact information changes anytime, you should send us your new contact details. If you receive a notification supposedly from us, e.g. in e-mail, you must contact us before acting by the notification. This process ensures that individuals impersonating us do not get you into wrongful actions.

You will need written permission to make this package available to download on your site. The sole purpose of this, that we do not want to see our work on sites that contain warez, racism or other abusive materials… I hope you understand. Amiga and emulation is not about those things at all.
